Condition of my ill fate: Respected Hakeem Sahab Assalamoalikum! All almighty give happiness of world and the hereafter to you and your whole team of Ubqari. Ameen! I am constant reader of Ubqari for last two years and this is my first letter to Ubqari, for some days, I was having the urge for writing my issue to the readers of Ubqari. Readers! I have many spiritual and physical issues, If I start writing condition of my ill fate than there will by many pages. I am writing with courage and hope to you. Before this, I was thinking to commit suicide after feeling depressed in life, I will write shortly that I have done masters, I am unemployed, I got job in private companies and colleges several times but I left it due to inferiority complex, feeling of disappointment as I am also loneliness lover. I left one job only for this that I had to continue my education but for a year, I could not get admission. I took admission at one place but after 2 to 3 weeks classes, I left that place too. I have severe lack of boldness and courage due to which my issues have been multiplied by sitting at home. I have lost everything which I had, I like loneliness and sleeping, I do not get much sleep, laziness has made me worried. My eye sight and brain has weakened. Since I have become young, I am indulged into wrong gatherings and company. I am destroying myself with my own deeds. I get jealous when I see people happy and prosperous. Answer: Respected Brother! Sometimes a person suffers from inferiority complex due to which he cannot talk to anyone properly, neither has he met anyone nor he can sits in meetings. His habit becomes to stay lonely. To get rid of inferiority complex, recite 11 times Durood Sharif in state of ablution and after that recite یَاقَوِیُّ 360 times and after that again recite Durood Sharif 11 times. With the blessings of this Amal, InshAllah, your heart and mind will get strength and by doing this constantly, the inferiority complex will go away. Prostate Gland Disease:
Respected Hakeem Sahab Assalamoalikum! Allah almighty give you more opportunities for serving humanity and bless you with great rewards. I am writing this letter for readers of Ubqari. I am 60 years of age and I am suffering from disease of prostate gland for 8 to 10 years. In start it was not much and I did not pay much attention towards this but now for 3 to 4 years, I used homeopathic and other medicines which give me temporary relief and by leaving them, my disease increases with severity. Now I get drops of urine while coughing due to which I have become worried as it is a difficulty in offering prayers. The disease becomes worst at night as after every 5 to 10 minutes, I feel urge for urination and my condition worsen for going bathroom again and again. My weakness has been increasing. My prostate is diagnosed as 30 to 35 grams in prostate ultrasound which is not much but I feel urination again and again and often there is urine burning and sometimes pain in private parts and urethra. My uncle was also suffering from same issue and a Hakeem suggested him this prescription, he used it with consistency and now Alhamdulilah, he is completely fine. Huwalshafi: Sarphoka, Gul Mandi, Raiwandcheeni, all take 6 grams each and soak in a glass of water at night and boil in morning and drink after staining it. Answer:Muhammed Habeeb Sahab! You should make your young brother remember Surah Alam Nashrah by heart and ask him to recite it all day and all of your house mates including you, should recite this for his intention and blow him.
